Hello Everyone!

I must say it was hard, it was hard to try on a million wonderful things today and not buying any of them, I think the most painful blow was the grey angora crop turtleneck from Dion Lee, that was particularly painful. Why didn't you buy anything Rachel? You may ask, well considering my track record of impulse buys is anything but clean I decided that it was about time that I stopped and thought about things before I buy them, and so far it's working out pretty well. I now actually have some money to spend for when I leave to Europe tomorrow. Yes that might have meant parting with some items of clothing that were clearly made for me however I am much more looking forward to spending it at a market in Greece or in Kenzo in France. So, for all you die hard shopaholics like me here are a few simple tips to help you stay strong:

1. Never shop alone when you're trying to save, having a friend to stop you from doing something you'll regret is key.
2. Only take out as much as you're willing to spend, if you have a card withdraw some money then leave it at home.
3. Keep tabs of what you've bought, how much you're spending and what on, the best way is to keep receipts and place them in a folder or book.
4. For big buys go away and think about if you have anything similar and if you really need it, and if you have a job think about how many hours it would take you to earn enough money to pay for it.

I hope these tips help and you have as much fun as you can saving, everyone knows it isn't easy!

Stay fab,

-Rachel xx

Hello Everyone!

For months I have been anticipating msfw and now it's finally here and I couldn't be more excited!
Tonight I went to Runway 1 and it was amazing. If was filled with beautiful couture gowns, my favorites coming from Michael Lo Sordo and Carla Zampati.
The fun continues tomorrow night with Runway 2 which I am super excited about becomes it will be showcasing some of my favourite labels. I'll keep you all posted on how it turns out!

Stay Fab,

-Rachel xx
